Isabella

Isabella is a very curious cat who loves to be with humans and socialize. Once she warms up to you, she enjoys head butts and lots of chin scratches and hugs. Isabella wants to meet every animal, and can be a little intense for animals not so keen on meeting her. She did really well with the small dogs and cat in her foster home, but was a bit much for the senior cat who wanted nothing to do with her. She would thrive with other animals that are just as curious as she is. She does not like to be grabbed and would be best suited for a home with older children who are respectful of her boundaries. Isabella should be on a Temptations commercial, that’s how much she loves food! She will come running from anywhere in the house when she hears her kibble or canned food, so making sure to portion her food and not free feed is important. She especially loves fish based canned food. Her favorite spot is on the armchair in the sun, or lounging on the pet stairs. She doesn’t play with many toys but does love to chase cat crazy bands around and enjoys catnip spray. She loves drinking from the pet fountain, and would love to go to a home that has one. Isabella is a sweet and sassy girl who warmed up to her fosters quite quickly. She will make the best companion! She loves her food still, she loves the sun, she enjoys the water from the tap and really just wants to be in your presence. Isabella is more relaxed with her fellow cats now and is not up in their business. Still best with older children. Would do fine alone or with another cat in the home.
