My Story

Indigo is a shy quiet kitten who was trapped in the community and brought in to the shelter. She was hungry and very frightened of people. She is now playful and likes being held and pet but is still learning to trust people. She may still hiss if she is startled but has never tried to scratch or bite. She would do best in a quiet home with a loving patient person who is willing to work with helping her become more outgoing and trusting. She will probably be afraid of small children but has been held by quiet teenagers. She has been around a dog in her foster home and while not a fan she may learn to accept a well behaved dog in time. Indigo just needs a special person to give her time to warm up and blossom.
