Illinois is a cute tuxedo boy who is looking for his forever home! His handsome black coat is contrasted by his perfectly white little feet. He still has a bit of growing to do, but he is expected to remain on the smaller side. He is a playful young cat who would do well in many types of homes. Once he gets to know you, Illinois just loves to be held and pet.
