Ika

Meet Ika- part of the Sushi kitty litter! Ika is a resilient little female kitten with a heart as strong as her spirit. Despite a challenging start, Ika has conquered adversity with grace and determination. A survivor of an ulcerated left eye, she was quickly taken into our rescue and provided the medical treatment needed to save it! What was originally looking to be an eye enucleation, her determination, sweet disposition, and agreeable-ness with all the various meds helped her body heal the ulcer leaving just a little cloudiness that is barely noticable! We joke that she has sad eyes, but she's a little trooper. This little warrior girl doesn't let her past define her; instead, she radiates joy and curiosity. Ika's love for the company of other cats is unparalleled she's a social butterfly, bringing warmth and playfulness to every interaction. Her playful antics and gentle nature makes her an ideal companion for feline friends. Although, she may be a little shy or reserved at first, with some churu treats and gentle pets, this girl with be your best friend in no time. Ika is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped and ready for her forever home. Could that be yours? Ika is featured at Petsmart in Fremont and will be available for meet & greets from 11-2 on Sat8/3 & Sun 8/4. Filling out an application is highly recommended as appointment time slots are limited. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process. (NOTE: If the kitten is a bonded pair, do not apply for him/her as a single kitten. These applications will not be considered) 2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days with an appointment time slot. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament. 3) Please note, we do not adopt single kittens.
