Ichabod

Meet Ichabod! Ichabod looks like a tough tom cat, but he is one of the sweetest beans at the center. He has the sweetest little meow when he's in his kennel wanting our attention. As soon as we pop open the door, he'll get on his hind legs and give us a big hug. Ichabod doesn't really care about exploring or playing - he just wants cuddles all the time, and he'll follow us around the center to make sure he gets them. He especially loves headbutting our chins and mouths so we'll give him kisses. He is especially hard to photograph, because he is drawn to us like a magnet and won't sit still unless he is getting our affection. Ichabod was born to be a lap cat. He would love a chill home where he is able to shower his adopter in all the affection in his big heart. Ichabod isn't particularly interested in other cats, but he is gentle around them. He doesn't have any spats, and will quickly back down from any other cats giving him attitude. We think he would be fine with gentle children. He has not been tested with dogs. Ichabod is estimated to be 5 years old as of July 2024. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. With an approved application, his adoption fee is $10.60.
