HUEY and LUEY are a bonded pair who find themselves once again back at the rescue after 4 years. Originally, there was also Dewey and all were found abandoned in a barn in Lunenburg. Now sadly, the adopter for these two beautiful boys became unable to care for them so of course STNR took them back in.
Personality-wise, both are outgoing, affectionate and social. HUEY (the marbled tabby) is bigger and sometimes throws his weight around, however LUEY (the grey) doesn’t put up with it! Both love churus and carrying on a conversation. LUEY's favourite activity is making muffins on your lap while you’re sitting, while HUEY prefers you lying down so he can get up close and personal.
These guys are low to medium energy, selecting napping or watching goings on. They do like wand toys but are uninterested in lasers. LUEY has patience for children while HEWY has little of that. It is unknown if they have any experience with dogs .. although HEWY does come when called.
Both purr up a storm, and are relaxed and chill. They will make a wonderful addition to any laid-back family.
