He is young and gorgeous and is currently employed as the head neighborhood watch at his foster home in West Philly. You can find Howard lounging in bedroom windows, catching the rays, and keeping track of the birds and garbage men. He loves mealtime and always comes running when he hears a can pop open! Howard is a little shy and needs someone who will give him time to acclimate to a new home. He would do great with a quieter family and will blossom with love and care! Howard is living with other cats and would love a feline friend. He could live with older kids who know how to respect a cat's independence. We think once he gets into his forever home, he will show how affectionate and family-oriented he really is! Howard Aspen is around 1-2 years old, and he is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.
