Dogs: likely okay Children: likely okay While conducting TNR operations, local volunteers discovered Houlihan and his two brothers, Hawkeye and Honeycutt, living in a cat colony in El Centro. The boys' friendly demeanors made them stand out from the crowd. Wanting to give them a better life, the caring humans asked The Rescue House for assistance. Houlihan turned out to be a stellar student in foster care and quickly learned all the ways of being an incredible indoor kitty. With his diploma in hand, he's off to find a forever home of his own! In our foster care academy, this creamsicle kitty was voted as "Most Outgoing" in his class! As the most confident of the brothers, Houlihan impressed us with his social skills. Quite the class clown, he thrives on attention! When he gets a hankering for some pets, he'll use his voice to kindly ask you to stop what you're doing and look his way. Full of kitten energy, this spirited fellow is obsessed with all kinds of toys, especially wands. According to Houlihan, your living room is the perfect place for a wrestling match with the bros! When he's not batting around a toy or tussling with a kitty pal, Houlihan likes to get his cardio in by running up and down the cat towers. There is never a dull moment with Houlihan around! Houlihan got along fine with cats of different ages in his foster home. This young and energetic lad would love to have a feline buddy to play with in his next abode. He has not met any dogs or kids. Based on his personality, we believe he would be okay with respectful children and cat-friendly canines after proper introductions. Houlihan is a vibrant guy with an even brighter future.
