Well...as his name suggests, Mr. Highway was found on the Metropolitan highway. Now most people are not happy to be sitting in traffic, but the person who saw him breathed a sigh of releif. The traffic gave her time to jump out and grab the poor little kitty trapped by the median. Highway is one of the favorites of the staff, and he can often be found sitting on someones shoulder or in someones hood. He has been neutered and is ready for his new home!
