My Story

Meet Hera, 4 year old female Hera is a 4-year-old mama cat with the grace and charm of her namesake, the Queen of the Greek Gods! Having successfully raised her litter of amazing kittens, who are now all spayed, neutered, and ready for adoption, Hera is ready to find her own forever home. With her striking green eyes and soft, sleek coat, Hera is a true beauty. But her charm goes beyond her appearance—she has a heart of gold and a kind spirit that will capture yours. Hera will greet you with her delightful chirps and trills as you enter a room, followed by a gentle request for ear and back scratches. Once she receives her fill of affection, she will snuggle next to you, ready for a cozy cat nap. Hera would thrive in a quiet and peaceful home, either with one of her kittens— Apollo, Aphrodite, or Artemis—or as the sole pet, where she can be the center of attention. If you’re ready to add a whole lot of love to your life, submit an application today! You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. To complete an adoption application for Hera, please copy and paste the link below in your browser: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LCI/Cat. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash). NOTE: Finding foster space is challenging, and once a cat or kitten is ready for adoption we are naturally keen to free up the space in order to help more cats and kittens in need. We therefore ask that you only apply to adopt one of our cats or kittens if you are in a position to take them immediately, subject to a home check. Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
