* Sweet, playful, shy * Best in adults-only home * Fine with other cats but no dogs My name is Henry, and I am a shy guy around 9 months old. I love to be petted. Sometimes being held scares me, but I cuddle into my foster mom's arms and feel better! My foster mom takes care of me, and I love being a house cat and living inside where it's safe and comfortable. I love my cat tree and hanging with my friend Louis, who was with me when rescued. I like to play with Louis, but only when people aren't around. I do like springs and the crinkle tube. I was rescued from a very bad and scary place when I was a baby. Because the place was so scary with bad people trying to hurt me, I am scared and shy. Loud noises and strangers scare me and I hide. But I'm a very nice cateen and am never swat, bite or hiss. I have been with other kittens, and I am very gentle. My mom tells me I have come a long way since I came here. I still hide when I am scared, but since I am getting to know my mom I stay out more. Since I am shy I would do best in a home with adults only and no dogs. Other gentle cats would be fine; i'd love a playmate! I will also need someone to be very patient with me and give me plenty of time to be comfortable. Please don't let my shyness scare you off from me. Mom says I am a sweetheart worth the time it will take for me to be comfortable! I am neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of my vaccinations.
