Meet Hazel! This beautiful, brave, long-haired lady was abandoned by her former owners after they realized she was pregnant. Thankfully, a kind neighbor heard her scratching on their door and let her in just in time to deliver 6 beautiful babies. Now that her little ones have been adopted, she is ready to find her own forever family! Her maternal instincts are so strong that one day her foster family couldn't find any of the kittens. After a frantic (but fun) search, they were found lovingly tucked away into a barely cracked open bottom drawer. She also loves playing with toys, watching TV next to her favorite humans, and being showered with pets. The perfect home could be loud or quiet, as long as it's filled with love! She gets along with kids and other cats, but currently isn't very fond of dogs. She has a social, but independent spirit which means she is perfectly content playing on her own or just relaxing with her people.
