Harbor is such a sweetheart - within minutes of meeting you, he'll give you a head bump and then flip over for belly rubs. Extremely sociable and silly, a perfect family house cat.
Harbor was found alone, scared and dirty next to the food kiosks in Spruce Street Harbor Park. (Hence his name). His rescuers scooped him up and immediately knew he was not a street cat and took him to his foster home. All it took was one bath (so fresh and so clean) for this boy to start purring. And he hasn't stopped since.
