Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. Gretchen and her sister Rosalita (see above) arrived at DunRoamin' on August 2, 2019. They had originally come from the Edmundston area where they had been found in an empty apartment. Fortunately, they had no extreme health problems, but no one wanted them and they were scheduled for euthanasia. Gretchen was born about February 1, 2019, so was only a kitten. She was initially timid, of course, after what she'd been through, but she's doing so much better now. She will be spayed at the end of August and will be ready for a home soon. She is a beautiful little girl who dreams of a family to grow up in.
