Grayson, Delilah & Petunia (trio)

We would love to adopt out this family unit together, if possible. We would be open to adopting individually or a pair if we can't adopt them out together. Petunia (black tabby female, yes she has stripes!) is the mom cat and Grayson and Delilah are her kids. They have lived her their whole lives outdoors in a feral colony. It is time for them to retire indoors. We estimate Petunia to be around 10 years old and Grayson and Delilah to be about 8 years old. Grayson (all gray male) is a very friendly kitty who loves to be petted. He allows being picked up and likes playing with a string. He recently had an injury of a dislocated elbow from his life outdoors which required surgery. He is doing very well with recovery. Delilah (all black female) is very friendly who loves being held and loves laptime. She does have a crooked back leg from an injury years ago that healed wrong. But this doesnt stop her from running or jumping. Petunia can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she will want endless pettings. She is very affectionate! She is learning to tolerating being picked up and is making progress with that. Due to her being a little more shy than her kids, we think she especially would do best being adopted with one of them. All 3 kitties love squeeze up treats and catnip. They would love someone who can sit on the ground with them and give them attention. They are familiar and comfortable around each other, but so far have not done any snuggling together. They have learned the litterbox and are learning what its like to be indoor kitties. They would love a home with a secure screened in porch so they can still experience some fresh air. Due to Grayson's recent injury and Petunias old injury, we would like to adopt them to a quiet home with no dogs or small children. Only people who can hold/pick them up and walk around them mindfully. All 3 kitties are fixed and eartipped as they previously lived in a feral colony. They are vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for FIV/feline leukemia. If you'd like to meet this trio, please contact us for an adoption application.
