Gorbik

Hello there, I am Gorbik and I dare you to find a nicer cat than I. I have a handsome fluffy coat and look at those huge paws! I love affection--I love being petted, especially on my head and chin. When you pet me I will flop over and roll around and when you scratch my tummy it's almost like I "make biscuits" with my paws in mid air. I loooove it! I can also be mischievous too, but hey, I'm a cat. I might as well tell you that I have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) (AKA feline AIDS). It is nothing to be scared of and cannot be passed to humans. But it can be passed to other cats (saliva to blood (biting) is generally accepted as the primary source of spreading the virus) so I should either be your only cat or be a buddy to another FIV cat. With a sound diet as well as prompt, aggressive treatment of infections and other conditions if they crop up, there is no reason I shouldn't live as long as any other cat. You may see there is something a little wonky with one of my eyes, but it is getting better now. I bet when you meet me I will win you over. Approx. DOB is 12-4-01.
