This sweet mama did an excellent job raising her babies (plus a few extras) and is now ready for some "me time. She'd love a home with space to roam, as she's learned that she's no fan of being cooped up. Godiva would do well as an only cat; she can co-exist with other cats, but she's an alpha female and tends to bully other cats a bit in order to assert herself. She does settle in after a few weeks, but her ability to be around other cats would likely depend on the temperament of her new roommate(s). She's very affectionate and loves getting pets. So far she doesn't seem too keen on being a lap cat, but is very comfortable with being picked up and held. She also enjoys being snuggled and told what a pretty girl she is. She's not overly playful, but does get little bursts of energy during which she races around and tosses toys into the air. She hasn't been around dogs or small children, so proceed with caution on both fronts. And she's still learning that furniture should not be used as a scratching post, so you'll want to make sure you've got plenty of scratching spots for her to utilize, along with a plan for keeping her nails trimmed.
