Ginger is a beautiful senior citizen at 17 years old. Ginger came to our shelter because her owner passed away a few months ago, and Ginger's new caregiver was moving. Ginger has had no previous exposure to other animals, but might adapt to calm cats or dogs if given a slow introduction. Ginger is a bit temperamental and would do best in a quiet home with an experienced cat owner. Ginger is becoming more friendly as she gets to know us, as she has been through a lot and is understandably stressed with all of the changes in her life. Ginger is looking for a loving home to live out her golden years, where she would make a wonderful lap cat in time.
