GIMPY

Gimpy was found as a stray, but he’s so very friendly, 'people cat' he can’t be a real stray. Perhaps he just wondered away from home and couldn’t find his way back. Or, maybe his family moved and left him behind. We’re sure he has a story to tell, but since we don’t speak cat and he doesn’t speak people we’ll never know. As soon as he sees someone walking by he starts rubbing at the cage, and when we open the door he’d jump out into our arms if we’d let him. As you can see by his photo, Gimpy will do anything for scratches behind the ears (including almost falling out of his cage!) The vet’s been in to check him over, and she estimated he may be about 5. He's missing a tooth, and his right front leg has healed a little crooked from an old injury, but it doesn’t bother him one bit. It just makes his untold story a little more interesting.
