We are looking for a loving family to foster and potentially adopt our adorable 5-year-old cat, Gerard. Gerard once had a home but found himself abandoned on the street. Despite his rough start, Gerard is a sweet, affectionate, and sociable cat who loves being around people. Whether you're working from home, cooking, reading, working out, or just relaxing, Gerard is there to keep you company. We adore Gerard’s relaxed and easygoing personality. He's very communicative and always has something to say! He announces when he wakes up, when he's hungry, or when he wants to be petted. His sweet voice fills our home with joy throughout the day ? Gerard is very friendly with his foster cat siblings and our dog but prefers playing with his toys. He loves carrying small fabric balls in his mouth and playing with feather sticks. Gerard is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) positive, a misunderstood condition. With proper care and a loving environment, FIV-positive cats can live long, healthy lives. Gerard also has diabetes, which is managed with a low-carb wet food diet. Gerard has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and has had dental extractions.
