My Story

Gemma, Gina, Gracie, Gus, and George came to us when their homeless, pregnant mother, GG, was rescued from a difficult life at a local dairy farm. The future was not very bright for her kittens or her. We had these 5 fur-babies since the beginning and therefore are very friendly, fun and social. Only Gemma and Gina remain waiting for adoption. Gracie did not survive the early vulnerable weeks. Gus and George and Mama GG have all moved on to wonderful forever homes. Gemma and Gina have been through a lot being the smallest two in the letter.. But their time has come. We always encourage adopting a pair of kittens so they can entertain and spend some of their energy playing with each other! We do not consider kittens in this litter bonded, so they could be adopted individually. We do however give preference to applications requesting a pair. Both will be getting fixed very soon. In addition, we will have their blood work checked for common feline health concerns, they receive all needed vaccinations, and we have them microchipped! We hope both of them will be in their new homes, together or individually, this summer! If you are interested in any of our cats or kittens- please click the PetFinder Inquiry link. That is the fastest way to begin communicating with us! ** If you do not hear from us within 24 hours contact us directly at [email protected]. Sometimes the Petfinder inquiry link does not work. But we still encourage you to use it. We also encourage you to follow our Facebook page, Last Litter Rescue, to see kittens before they appear on PetFinder! Last Litter Rescue (LLR) works to rescue, foster, fix, and find forever homes for kittens that were born to a homeless mother cat. We also have an effort known as Purr-fect Love TNR and we work alongside other select TNR groups and a network of kitten fosters to reduce the homeless feline population. We value born and prenatal kittens. Animal welfare is one of five areas that our parent organization Love Give Live works in to relieve suffering and promote wholeness.
