Meet Gansita (aka Little Goose)! This gal came to the Shelter as an owner surrender. Her previous guardian had her since she was a little kitten. She was indoors only and used the litterbox reliably. She lived with a dog in her previous home and did well. A home with a cat-savvy dog may be a fit in the next home with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Gansita also lived with kids ages 7 to 18 years old so a home with children is likely a fit. She enjoys playing with balls and wand toys. Gansita sometimes hides when strangers come to the home but with time and patience, will likely warm up. Once she gets to know you, she jumps into laps and plays. She is not a big fan of being picked up and held. Another thing Gansita enjoys is being brushed. Only 1 one in 5 orange cats are female so Gansita is quite a special gal. Come meet her today!
