Galina (aka Little Shit)

Galina, aka "Little Shit", was trapped along with 18 of her friends on the property of a single residence in the North Hills almost two years ago. Although the kitties had a wonderful caretaker, the neighbors in the area were not fond of the cats and were not being very kind to them or to their caretaker. Galina got her nickname Little Shit in foster because even though she was the smallest and youngest of her family, she was the hardest to convince that humans are okay. LS has come a long way in the past year. She LOVES churu and will approach her foster mom for the yummy treat. She also LOVES the wand toy but she definitely has a favorite type of wand toy! Not any wand toy will do - her favorite of favorites is the retractable kind with the soft worms and feathers on the end. LS is extremely cat friendly. She especially adores Salmon and Gary (two other cats that were rescued along with her from her previous home), but she also loves any of the kittens that have been in foster with her. LS still does not enjoy being touched or handled by people, but she will lay close to her foster mom and give her slow blinks. LS would need to go to a home with a patient, cat savvy adopter. A quiet home with another kitty friend and no dogs is a must. LS is a sweet, quirky girl, and we know she will continue to blossom in the right environment. She would not be a great fit for a home with small kiddos. Little Shit is about two years old. She has been spayed, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and has tested FIV/FeLV-.
