Hello, and I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday evening! We are MAMA HONEYCRISP & THE APPLE BABIES! As you can clearly see, my babies are the apple of my eye, so respectfully I named them after some very famous apples! You all have heard so many sad stories from all the moms that have come through the True Rescue door. Well, I'm sorry, but my story is no exception. I was living in an abandoned house in Goodlettsville, TN where a man had died. The house was falling apart, and most of the house was wet inside. However, being the ever industrious cat that I am...I found a closet that was safe and dry, and had some clothes piled up in it. I had my 4 babies in that closet, and I cared for them until I was found and rescued. I'm a lover of people, and I raised my kittens to be so also. I have also seen the dark side of people, yet I prefer to feel that most people are innately good. I look at people like I would look at an apple. Most look very pretty from the outside, bright vibrant colors too. And most taste very good when you let them ripen just right. However, there are some that you bite into, and you get the worm. Some people are just rotten to the core, and there is nothing you can do to change that. So the best revenge for me is to just continue to attract the good apples, and live my life to the fullest. The bad apples will get thrown from the bushel eventually. Now we are ready for our permanent homes, all 5 of us.
