Frosty is a 17 year old partially blind old man. His owner was diagnosed with dementia and had to be placed into an assisted living home where he couldn't take Frosty. It is very sad that Frosty couldn't go with his owner of 17 years, we can see that he is depressed and missing his owner. He does well with the other cats in the shelter but mainly keeps to him self or hangs out with the other senior residents. Frosty is blind in his left eye, we are unsure how or why he lost his sight but he gets around well. He also has a mild heart murmur.
