Frazier, a gorgeous, long-haired Tuxedo cat (very little shedding), was found on the streets of downtown Portland, brought to the coast and now can no longer be cared for by his temporary caregiver. This young, 8-month-old cat is quite the talker, with a beautiful song to sing. He is gentle and inquisitive and would make a wonderful soul mate, ready to share your day and tell you all about his. He has been neutered, is current on all his shots and happily uses a litterbox.
