Frank was born in April 2008 and came from Cleveland, TN with his 2 sisters, Peggy Lee & Giselle, who have already been adopted. .

The adoption fee is
$90.00 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption, up to date vaccinations, tests for heartworms & heartworm medication (for dogs), FELV/FIV test (for cats), deworming, flea treatment, and spay or neuter.
