Flash is one of seven kittens in a litter abandoned by their stray mother and taken in by SOS. I have
three of them and the other four are in another foster home. They were too young to be weaned when found and taken in and were lovingly hand fed by syringe for several weeks. As a result, all these kittens are highly imprinted by their intimate association and interaction with humans and are extra cuddly and affectionate I think. As of Sept. 15 these kittens are around ten weeks old. I have Flash, Nikki, and Katya. Each cat is unique and has its own personality. However they are all very confident and seem to have no problems that I can discern as a consequence of losing their mama so early on. Flash is the explorer. He was the first of my three to do everything.He is here and there like a "flash." He is not aggressive, but he is the Explorer Extraordinaire. He has a highly developed sense of adventure and learned to make those daring cat leaps and forays earliest and farthest. He navigates our house like a giant fun house with every sofa and table and waste basket being a specially designed playground or maze he has mastered with panache. He jumps higher and takes more risks than the other two. But he also loves to just play and wrestle and tussle for hours with his siblings. Then he'll come to my husband or me with a certain soft look in his eye and crawl up onto our lap or around our necks like a muffler and purr loudly and take a nap. What a charmer. His lovely orange and white markings make him a dashing fellow. There would never be a dull moment with this chap. He has a great appetite and is fully litter box trained. He is neutered and up on his shots.
