Dust bunnies beware, Dyson is here! Dyson is a delightful 7 week old quirky kitten who loves to run and play. He is fairly independent but also enjoys playing with his siblings or rolling around in his hammock chasing his own feet. His hobbies including climbing cat trees, snoozing in cozy beds and hanging out with cat friends! He has the silliest of personalities, and we can wait to see what adventures the future holds for this special boy! Dyson will do well in just about any home ready for a fun, outgoing, and lighthearted kitten. He arrived to Ten Lives with some trouble walking that may have been due to Swimmers Syndrome, but his legs and walking have improved tremendously, but you may see a drift here and there. It's all part of the Dyson package, who is healthy, happy, and ready to meet his forever family! We are also thrilled to announce that he is one of our CATalyst cats, helping his feline community one swish of the tail at a time! Dyson is excited to read all of his adoption photos, available below! ____________________________ Spay & Neuter Disclosure: To facilitate adoptions and open more foster space, this kitten is being adopted with a spay-neuter adoption agreement. An appointment for services has been scheduled and the adopter will be responsible for transportation and post-surgical care. Appointment information will be provided during the application process and the spay/neuter cost is inclusive of the adoption fee. The adopter is responsible for providing an e-collar and monitoring the incision site for infection. Any post-surgical complications are the responsibility of the adopter and should be treated by the adopter's vet. If you are unable to accommodate a weekday appointment, we kindly ask that you consider another adoptable cat who is already spayed or neutered. ___________________________ CATalyst cats: At Ten Lives, we believe in saving the most at-risk cats of our community. Many times, these cats require extraordinary medical care and extensive stays in their foster homes before they are ready for adoption. But we don't think time or money should ever get in the way of a cat receiving the care they deserve! To help us care for these cats, we have increased fees for other cats who are in high demand-such cats aid us in catalyzing change within our community. About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered.We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
