He loves attention and being petted. Chin and back scratches are his favorite. He also enjoys playing with you with his favorite wand toy. He is a social and curious boy. If you close a door on him. he sits outside the door and will be waiting for you to come from the room to join him. Duke thinks of himself as a masculine kitty, so he prefers to keep all four paws on the ground. He is not a fan of being carried around like a baby. For this reason, Duke prefers a calm home and family where his humans will understand he loves attention but likes the secure feeling of his four paws being on the ground. Duke and his black/white tuxie sister Daisy were sadly found living as abandoned strays. They were born around January 2023. While it's not a requirement, it would be nice to see them adopted together. Duke is neutered, UTD rabies and fvrcpdistemper vaccinated, dewormed, kept on monthly flea prevention, tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped. Adoption fee is $125.00 to cover vetting expenses.
