Duke-adopted!

Hi there! My name is Duke. I was born around 4/24/08, under the sign of the 'snuggler'. I'm a LOVERMAN! Nothing makes me happier than to be sitting next to you and getting/givin' some lovin'. I am addicted to being pet, snuggled, showered with attention. I live for following you around, 'helping' you do whatever it is that you are doing! I also am quite a politician when it comes to the other cats in the house--I usually make a point to get out to meet and greet them as often as I can. I like to play--with you and with other cats. I'm not used to dogs, but I could learn if you were patient (and so was the dog!) I do have a little bit of a 'special need'--when I was a tiny kitten, one of my eyes got an infection, and never really repaired like it should have. My eye will always be a little funny looking and occasionally need to be wiped with a soft cloth, not a big deal in exchange for a heart as huge as mine! We think I may have slightly limited vision in that eye--but it certainly hasn't stopped me from doing what cats do, and it definitely hasn't made me any less handsome!

I'm already neutered, vaccinated with age appropriate shots, dewormed, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, and been treated for fleas. I've been living in a home since I was little, and am very good with people as soon as I get to know them. I'm well socialized with other cats, and am working on being friendly with dogs.
