Duke

Patience is key to earning sweet and sensitive Duke’s trust. Truly gentle and tenderhearted, Duke's confidence grows weekly as does his interest in freely roaming throughout his foster home and lounging in the window to watch bugs, birds and squirrels. Duke likes to have his own space as an option for quieter times in his busy foster home. He uses the cat tree which he LOVES when he wants some quiet time. Duke has acclimated very well to living with a senior female cat, three cat-savvy, respectful dogs of various sizes, and is fully litter box trained. Duke has also spent time in a temp foster home as the only pet and he thrived having all of the attention and space. Duke allows belly rubs, is now playing a bit and enjoying some snuggle time. He often chooses to sleep at night at the foot of your bed. When you spend time one on one with him he even gives kisses! Duke is ready for a calm, patient and loving home so he can become part of the family in exchange for his own sweet companionship. Duke was born approximately October 2019.
