My Story

PLEASE CONTACT "Cherish West" [email protected] (743) 202-4013 text only if you are interested in adopting! Dudley is a special needs little man who has feline hypothyroidism. This is a congenital disorder (something he was born with). Because of this disease, he will need to be on medication for the rest of his life, and receive routine bloodwork with a veterinarian every 3 or 4 months. He will also always remain small statured, and may develop several other health problems overtime as a result of his condition. You can read more about this condition here: https://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/endocrine/c_ct_hypothyroidism Dudley is a very sweet, very special little man. It was clear from a young age that Dudley wasn't keeping up with his siblings, and sure enough it was found that he had feline hypothyroidism. He's been on the medication for a little while now, and he is already improving! He has grown quite a bit, and is more active. He still is a little cross-eyed though! Dudley is definitely on the lazy side, and enjoys cuddling in your lap and watching TV with you. He does like to wrestle with hands and toes, but is learning to do so gently. He loves to look out the window at the birds! He also LOVES to eat! Dudley is looking for a special home that can accommodate his needs both physically, emotionally, and financially. He needs a family that can keep tabs on his health, and stick to his medication requirements.
