Dude is a very special and very handsome long-haired boy. He came to Georgia all the way from Michigan, where his rescuers found him outside and injured after being abandoned by his family. His front paws had also been declawed. In spite of everything he has been through, Dude is one of the most loving cats we know and has been patiently waiting for a home of his own! At every chance, he seeks out attention and a lap to lay his head on. He truly enjoys human companionship. At 8 years old, Dude is a fun cat who still loves playtime and a good dose of catnip. His purr is unlike any other and his greetings of soft meows will melt your heart. Dude is a very gentle boy and good with calm children. He would do well as your one-and-only pet but would also be fine in a home with a quiet dog or cat. We think Dude is perfect in every way and deserves only the best.
