My Story

Approx DOB: April 2024 Dottie and Nugget - Dottie was one of a litter of friendly kittens that had been dumped and found on a road, her siblings were eventually found by neighbors as well. Nugget was a sick little guy found during a local TNR operation. With some TLC he quickly became healthy. They instantly bonded and became the best of friends and whether playing or napping, are always together. They must be adopted together. Both are just absolutely amazing kittens. Sweet, social and very well adjusted having lived with 9 other adult cats. They both have such a zest for life, enjoying all the things young kittens should. Both love to sleep on their human at night and enjoy being held. Any cat toy is a good toy but small pom pom balls are their favorite and watching out the windows is their favorite pastime when not roughhousing with each other. Please note: Cats and kittens are social creatures and greatly benefit from being with other pets; therefore, kittens under the age of 6 months cannot be adopted as single pets. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. If you are interested in adopting a kitty(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact [email protected]. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process. Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent! Visit www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and look under Foster a Furry Friend. Furry Friends Network provides our foster homes with food, litter, crates/carriers as needed and miscellaneous other supplies as well as veterinary care.
