Dorian, known as Dorian Havilliard II in the high fantasy novel series 'Throne of Glass' possesses a great deal of loyalty as he goes out of his way to protect his friends. Dorian is also extremely affectionate and revels in being where the people are. He enjoys a good game of catch with his collection of toy mice and yes, Dorian has his favorites! Throw a mouse and watch him bring it right back to you. You will catch Dorian cat napping curled up with a toy mouse or two. His ideal home is with an individual, couple or family; Dorian is used to being around children. He is mischievous with littermates Azriel, Hunt and Rowan. Dorian gets along wonderfully with adult cats, a cat-friendly dog and a bird. He has a blue medium length coat with white mittens, white locket and gold eyes. As of July 2024, Dorian is 4 months old.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
