My Story

Domino wants to be your next best friend. All he wants is to be with his humans. He is a real lap cat (we know those are rare!). He is very talkative. He follows you around the house. He just wants to cuddle up with his human. He is SO smart. He knows his name and he comes when you call. Domino was living in a junkyard for at least a year when his feeder finally trapped him. We went out on a limb taking him into rescue, with no confirmation he was friendly. Boy were we surprised the day he climbed into his foster's lap. He would be okay with a chill cat buddy and a chill dog with a good introduction. He also wouldn't mind being your one and only. But he is SO ready to have his own home and not be stuck in a foster room. Domino is FIV+ but that doesn't scare us. His foster siblings are all negative. He's stuck in a foster room because he's scared of them because they're mean to him. He'll swipe at them when they come after him but that's about it. When a nasty kitty cold went around the foster's house, Domino didn't even get sick. So FIV is really not a big deal. Otherwise, he is neutered and vaccinated and ready for his furrever home. He is completely healthy. He would really prefer to be an only cat in a quieter household with no young children. To apply for Domino visit gratefulpawsnj.com/adopt
