DJ was a stray in a neighborhood who was trapped to be TNR'd and ear-tipped. Aterward it was discovered that he was very friendly (and male, not female) "Daisy Jr" became "DJ" and was taken in to foster. His owners were renters and had left him behind when they moved away.
DJ is great with other cats. He is incredibly playful, friendly and vocal. He is very sweet and cuddles on the couch with us when watching TV. He is really friendly with anyone who has visited but we haven't had any kiddos around him yet. We don't foresee any issues with kids but he still needs to be redirected when playing because he sometimes nibbles on hands. We have been super strict about it to show him it hurts and its a big no-no. He almost always listens.
He definitely would be great with another younger cat and a family that is looking for a playful cat.
