This stunning tortie is Diva. While not all tortoiseshell cats have "tortitude," this gal does, just as her name implies. Diva is an active and independent lady who keeps herself occupied by scaling cat trees, excitedly using her scratchers, and chasing literally any toy in her vicinity. She does like to take a break from playtime to seek out human attention. She may follow you around, rub against you, or even flop over and show you her adorable belly. The thing is, Diva is easily overstimulated and when that happens, she shows of some not-so-lady-like behavior: she nibbles a bit too hard. Don't worry, though! She is easily redirected with a mouse or wand, and we are confident she will grow out of it with some patience, age, and positive reinforcement. We think she'd be an excellent fit for an experienced cat owner who can provide her with an adult-only household where she can receive lots of attention and stimulation.
Diva does not mind the company of other cats as long as they see her as the alpha, but she would also be happy as an only cat. We do not know how she would respond to dogs or children.
