Hi My name is Dexter. I am truly a unique cat!! When i was dropped off at the shelter I was very scared, I would try to hide in cupboards and baskets so they wouldn't see me. All the ladies were very nice to me, a lot of people came to visit me in the Cat Cottage but no one ever took me home. Everyone would look at me with sad eyes and then move on to the other cats in the cottage. I slowly became more comfortable around the people and now i can not wait to see them. They give me treats and brush my hair, it makes me feel so nice. I have been told that I am called a Pollydactul, which means i have 6 toes on each foot. I think its really cool! Sometimes it looks funny but i don't care!! I hope that someone will come and take me home with them. I really want a big bed and couch to sleep on. I miss being able to spend lots of time with people and really hope some nice family will come and adopt me!!
