Denver was a young tabby cat who frequented a cared colony. Because he was timid and friendly, he was rescued along with Dennis, a fellow colony buddy, and placed in foster to familiarize them for indoor living.
Denver is a sweet little fella whose affection overflows when he rubs against you and wants to be close. He makes his wishes known with quiet, adorable little meows, and can carry on a conversation with intelligent chirps, mews and meeps. He not only talks to people, he verbally greets other cats when they come near him, and is always happy to see them and engage in mutual scent-marking and playing. Denver simply loves the presence of friendly cats.
This affectionate tabby boy enjoys the company of people, and cuddle time can morph into play time as he pulls and bats at robe belts while on your lap. He quickly flips over and shows his belly for gentle rubs. Such sweetness is evidence that Denver was really meant to be a pampered housecat rather than an outdoor, colony cat.
A loving, patient family where people and friendly kitties wait for Denver’s arrival is the next step in this lucky boy’s journey. Denver’s foster mate Dennis is also available for adoption, and the two buddies would be grateful for a chance to show their new family how wonderful they are.
