Denali came in with his littermates smelly, scared, and without any clue what a litterbox was. They had only ever been around one person and were raised inside one room for their entire life. Now having been here for almost a month-and-a-half, they have caught up developmentally and are experts on litter box usage. Their current project is making friends with the other cats in the adopt room, learning how to play, and making friends with new people that they meet! You can tell that they are used to receiving affection, it just may take them a little longer to warm up and enjoy it than some others.
