Delilah

Delilah is an affectionate orange tabby kitten born on April 6, 2023. She is a very playful girl and loves to play with other kittens. She enjoys playing with all kinds of toys, from wand toys and rolling balls to cat tunnels and scratching posts. Because she struggles with some anxiety due to being separated from her mom at an early age, she loves being around her people. She is known to suck on her foster mom's ears and fingers to soothe herself; enjoys being carried around and getting plenty of attention from her foster humans. Delilah was found as a stray by a rural rescue partner who asked us to intake her. Delilah would do just fine in a home with children. She would likely do well in a home with a cat-friendly dog after a proper introduction. All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
