Dat Cat and Fru (bonded pair)

Hi! I’m Dad Cat (approximately 4 years, male, grey), and my best friend Fru (age, female, tabby) and I are a bonded pair looking for our forever home. I can be a little quiet at first, but once I get to know you, I become the sweetest and most loving boy there is. Although I don’t really like to be picked up, I absolutely LOVE attention. Ear and booty scratches are my favorite, but I’m definitely not picky. I’ll turn into a purr machine the moment you start petting me. When I’m feeling playful, I like chasing the wand toy and playing with my best friend Fru. When it’s time to relax, I’ll either watch birds from my window perch or snuggle up next to my human for a nap. My best friend Fru is much more cautious around humans, but she’s made a LOT of progress so far in foster care. During the day, she likes to find somewhere dark and cozy to nap, but in the evenings, she likes playing with the wand toy and spending time near her humans (especially if there’s fresh catnip involved)! She doesn’t like to be touched by humans (yet), but I think she’s close to accepting pets. She just needs a patient human who will continue to work on socializing her. We are both very polite and tidy. We are really gentle with furniture, and we don’t climb on things we’re not supposed to. We would thrive in a quiet home where we can spend adequate time with our humans. *Because Fru does not accept pets at this time, she gets a lion cut every 6 months to prevent her long fur from matting. She says her haircuts make her feel quite fabulous. She has also had several teeth removed and will need annual dental checkups to keep her dental health in tip top shape moving forward. There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
