My Story

When Hall and Oats broke up, Oats moved into a cage with Darryl! They are brothers and were once feral. They were trapped in a bad neighborhood so they had a rough start. The pair are going to be shy at first in a new home so they will need time but they will prove to be a great match and great house cats! Darryl and Oats are about 6 months old. Sadly they are two of over 150 kittens that were brought into the shelter this summer. The smaller, friendlier, cuter, more affectionate ones get adopted first. It's a constant rotation at any shelter that the smaller cats have better chances over the growing kittens. The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
