Hello, I am Darko and I am one half of a bonded pair of five year old DSH kitties who are looking for a new home. Our person is moving overseas and cannot take us. I am the male half of the pair. Sunny is the female half. We have lived together since we were around 3 months old. We are missing our familiar world but have found out that we can adjust to a new world too we are tough cats! In the Slavic languages, Darko means Gift thats me! Not only that I come as a two for one because when you adopt me you get my partner, Sunny. How is that for a bargain? I am a gray, black and white tabby cat with four white feet, a long, skinny tail with no white tip to it. Sunny is the one with the white tipped tail. I like playing with wand toys but LOVE chasing that red laser dot! I get quite intense about getting it. I also like kitty treats but Sunny doesnt more for me! I usually let Sunny request food shes more vocal about it! I find that humans are pretty good at putting out food at regular intervals Sunny feels that humans need to be reminded frequently. We are thinking about becoming lap cats but if you put one of us on your lap, we will stick around for some good petting. All we need is more encouragement for a lap cat title. And we purr! After we get used to each other, we will sleep on your bed for at least part of the night. We are anxious to find our new digs and get settled in.
