Darcy was found as a 3 month kitten running around Burnett Woods by UC. She was starving and emaciated and was likely dumped in the woods like so many others these days. Her coat is beautiful and reminds us of the Sand Cats of the Sahara Desert. Darcy is fun, energetic, entertaining, and extroverted! Her antics in the back hallway where she is in charge, crack us up! She likes to play with her best friend, Maxwell, dive into any and every bowl of canned food, and play hide and seek under the drapes. She would do well with one other cat or as an only cat. Seems to tolerate (and sass) the shelter dog, Betty, who roams the back hallway. Would be good with older children but a little grabby to be around young children.
