Daisy

Meet Daisy, a lovely black and white medium-hair cat! She is approximately 1.5 years old. Daisy is an affectionate kitty, with a long, graceful body. Mostly white with black spots here and there and soulful golden green eyes. She is a little love bug with people and especially loves chin scratches. She’d prefer to be in a room with her humans and will occasionally meow at you if she feels you are not paying enough attention or just to have a little chat with you. She loves to make biscuits/knead a soft blanket, find a perch where she can look outside a window, and sleep politely at the end of your bed. She also loves to play with feathered toys. Daisy has a good appetite but after having a litter of kittens earlier this summer, she would benefit from putting on a bit of weight to fill out her long slender frame. What Daisy is looking for in a home: - A human she can cuddle with. - She can be a bit shy at first, but will warm up quickly, and typically prefers to be in the same room as her people. - Once she feels safe, she’ll cuddle up with you and ask for pets. - She tolerates being picked up but will generally look for a way down after a few seconds. - She needs to feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment and enjoys exploring. - She needs to live indoors only. - She has no known history with dogs. - She has no known history with young children, but her relaxed friendly demeanor indicates she’d probably be fine with them. - It is unknown how she interacts with other cats. A previous foster said she would hiss at the sight of other adult cats through a partition, but she’s very curious about other foster kittens on the other side of her door.
