Czar has a lot of growing to do. Now he's tiny and cute with adorable green eyes. One day, though, he'll be big and beautiful (eyes still green)! He'll be loving, playful, and curious. He'll bring you joy and delight. He'll curl up in your lap and share your warmth. For now, and for the future, he needs a loving, permanent home where he can grow, learn, and explore.
