Cypher is a tiny kitten, only a few weeks old. She is so tiny and not growing like a kitten should. She can't get the care she needs here at the shelter so she is in foster care. To help save kittens like Cypher, please donate to our medical fund or volunteer to foster babies who need extra special care. Cypher will be up for adoption once she is big and strong and healthy.
Update: Cypher's foster mom did a great job! Cypher is now healthy and super social and waiting at the Humane Society for her new family to come along!
